Brilliant Pricing Move

Aldis is the first store that comes to my mind that has done a smart pricing move. When you go into Aldis you have to pay for the cart and when it gets returned you get the money back. This cuts down on the prices of the groceries by reducing the employee cost of a person getting the carts back to the store. The items in the store are also in boxes and not neatly displayed on the shelf whereas other competitors display the items neatly. By just having the box in the aisles it reduces the need for stockers to keep the groceries stocked. This is just a couple ways that Aldis can reduce the cost of their items and still sell large quanities of goods and still make a profit.
